02 · What these Terms cover (and what they don't)
These Terms govern your use of the public bilbs.ai website, including the marketing pages, the contact form, the booking widget, the case studies, articles and any free resources we publish here.
If you become a customer, the commercial relationship is governed by the bilingual Master Services Agreement (MSA) that we execute with you at procurement, plus any signed order form, Statement of Work, or Data Processing Addendum. The MSA is provided to prospects under NDA on request - email legal@groupebilbs.com. In case of conflict between these Terms and the MSA on any topic the MSA covers, the MSA prevails for that customer.
03 · Acceptance
By visiting or using bilbs.ai you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Use of the site by someone under 14 is not permitted (see our Privacy Policy, section 12).
04 · Acceptable use
When you use bilbs.ai you agree not to:
- scrape, crawl or harvest the site at scale, or use automated tools (bots, scripts, headless browsers) to extract content other than for legitimate search-engine indexing;
- probe, scan, penetration-test or attempt to circumvent the security or rate-limits of the site or its hosting infrastructure;
- reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to derive source code from any compiled or minified asset we serve;
- disrupt, overload or interfere with the site's operation or other visitors' experience (denial-of-service, flood, etc.);
- use the site for any purpose that violates Québec law, Canadian law, or any other applicable law;
- impersonate Bilbs AI, any of our team, or any other person or organisation;
- use the content of bilbs.ai (text, code, design, media) to train a machine-learning model without our prior written consent.
We may, at any time and without notice, block any IP address, account or user agent that breaches these rules - and, in serious cases, refer the matter to the competent authorities.

All text, code, design, layout, animations, illustrations, photographs, audio, video and other material on bilbs.ai are © 2026 Groupe Bilbs inc., or used under licence, unless explicitly marked otherwise. All rights reserved.
Bilbs AI, the Bilbs AI logo, Box, Box Mini, Box Pro and Box Cluster are trademarks of Groupe Bilbs inc. Bilbs AI is a registered trademark of Groupe Bilbs inc. Any other product, company or service names mentioned belong to their respective owners.
You may view the site, share links to public pages, and quote short passages with attribution and a link back. You may not copy substantial portions of the site, republish our case studies, mirror the site, sell access to it, use the source code on the site for anything other than personal viewing in your browser, or use any of the above for AI training without our prior written consent.
06 · Disclaimers
The website and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available." Bilbs AI does not warrant that the content is complete, current, accurate, error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.
Case studies, benchmarks, prices and timelines reflect specific past engagements or product configurations at specific moments in time. They are not predictions or guarantees of future results on your stack, your hardware, your data or your jurisdiction. We update the site regularly but we don't promise that any particular page is current at the moment you read it.
Nothing on bilbs.ai is legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice or regulatory advice. If you need legal advice about Loi 25, PIPEDA, Code of Civil Procedure obligations or anything else, talk to a lawyer.
07 · Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Québec law and applicable Canadian law, in no event will Groupe Bilbs inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages (including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity) arising from or in connection with your use of bilbs.ai - even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the website itself (excluding any paid engagement, which is separately and contractually capped in the MSA) is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law - for example, liability for bodily injury, fraud, intentional fault, or any liability that cannot be limited under the Québec Consumer Protection Act if it applies to you. This website is intended for business / professional audiences (law firms, IT decision-makers, partners), but if you are a "consumer" under Québec law, your mandatory statutory rights are not affected.
08 · Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Groupe Bilbs inc. and its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any third-party claim, demand, proceeding, loss, liability, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (i) your breach of these Terms; (ii) your misuse of the website; or (iii) your violation of any law or third-party right. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification, at your expense, and you agree to cooperate with us in asserting any available defences.
09 · Force majeure
Bilbs AI is not liable for any failure or delay in operating the website caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, fires, floods, ice storms, power outages, telecommunications or internet failures, hosting-provider outages, denial-of-service attacks, pandemics, government action, labour disputes, or war.
10 · Updates and termination
Bilbs AI may at any time, with or without notice and without liability to you: (i) modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the website or any of its content; (ii) impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the website; or (iii) terminate or restrict your access to the website if we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that you have breached these Terms.
11 · Privacy and cookies
Your use of bilbs.ai is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what personal information we collect, why, where it goes, how long we keep it, and how to exercise your rights under Loi 25 and PIPEDA. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Cookies are described in section 10 of the Privacy Policy; you can change your cookie preferences at any time via the banner / "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.
12 · Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, your use of the website and any dispute arising out of or related to either are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec, Canada and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Judicial District of Québec (district judiciaire de Québec), Province of Québec. Your mandatory consumer-protection rights (where they apply) are not affected.
13 · Language
In accordance with the Québec Charter of the French Language, both the English and French versions of these Terms are made available and are intended to be equally authoritative. In case of any discrepancy or conflict between the two versions, the French version controls.
Conformément à la Charte de la langue française, les versions française et anglaise des présentes Conditions sont rendues disponibles et sont d'égale valeur. En cas de divergence ou de conflit entre les deux versions, la version française prévaut.
14 · Changes to these Terms
Bilbs AI may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted at bilbs.ai/terms with the "Last updated" date at the top. For material changes we will post a clearly visible banner on the site for at least 14 days before the change takes effect; for active customers we will also notify the designated contact by email. Your continued use of the website after a change takes effect means you accept it.
